Reporting into the Operations Coach, this role will see you perform non-selling duties that support the store administration and accounting functions.This fast-paced environment will see you involved in:* Performing cashiering tasks including all cash-related opening and closing duties* 2IC for the stores Operations department * Assisting the leadership team in cashier training for Sales Associates (Athletes) and maintaining adequate training materials and documentation* Delivering excellent consumer service at all times* Maintaining accuracy of all Payroll information, and ensuring that wage spend does not exceed the monthly forecast* Supporting the Store Manager by reviewing P & L monthly.The essentials you need to bring are: * A passion for the Brand/Sports* Skill in performing basic Maths function; sound financial skills and business acumen, with the ability to closely monitor profitability and operating expenses* Significant previous relevant Retail and/or hospitality experience* Ability to work autonomously and cooperatively as part of a team* Strong written and verbal communication skills* Exceptional attention to detail, organisational and planning skills* Strong strategic, problem solving, and influencing skills* Proficiency in MS Office products.The successful candidate will work a rotating roster and must be available to work weekends, evenings and holidays as needed.In accordance with Nike's Covid Safety Policy you must be fully vaccinated against Covid-19 with an approved Covid-19 vaccine, or hold a valid medical exemption in order to be eligible for this role.
