About the Role As a Presales Solutions Architect, you'll be a trusted advisor—leading meaningful technical conversations, uncovering what truly matters to customers, and designing thoughtful, effective solutions to real-world challenges.
You'll work with some of New Zealand's largest enterprises and most innovative small businesses, helping them embrace new technologies and drive meaningful change. Your insights will help shape strategic decisions, build strong relationships, and deliver lasting value from idea to implementation.

What You'll Be Doing Act as the technical lead in the presales cycle, partnering with the sales team to qualify, design, and quote cloud solutions. Client Engagement & Advisory Serve as the technical point of contact for key clients, delivering insights, recommendations, and thought leadership. Collaborate across technical, sales, marketing, and finance teams to evaluate and develop new service offerings. Thought Leadership Contribute to internal technical forums and help identify and respond to emerging technology and industry trends. Process Improvement & Automation Help refine our internal processes to ensure world-class service delivery and operational efficiency. What We're Looking For7+ years of experience in managing and administering Azure, AWS, and VMware environments. Proven experience engaging with senior business and technical stakeholders, including C-level clients. Demonstrated initiative, self-motivation, and the ability to work proactively. A strong commitment to customer service excellence and solution-driven thinking. Personal Qualities That Matter A growth mindset and dedication to continuous learning — for yourself and your team.
