We require an experienced Quality Assurance Lead to manage testing services for our Connex EFTPOS Switch and lead a team of dedicated QA Testers. Here’s what you’ll be doing: To be considered you’ll already be an experienced Quality Assurance Lead with experience in the full Service Delivery Life Cycle (SDLC), with regards to testing. You will have exceptional test lead experience with a good knowledge of complex transactional environments and complex automation frameworks. Plus you’ll have a passion and the experience for developing and leading people to success. We’re after someone who is #passionate – who gives a damn, then keeps giving. Up for the challenge? If so here’s what we need from you in return: Bachelor of Computer Science or similar or equivalent working experience. You’ll need to have the following certifications: ISTQB Certified Tester Foundation Level ISTQB Advanced Tester or Test Manager Direct experience with transactional banking, Card Scheme, or comparable transactional Payment eco systems It would be good to have one of the following (or similar) certifications: ISTQB Certified Tester Foundation Level Agile Tester (CTFL-AT)ISQI Certified Agile Essential (CAE)Prince 2 Foundation and Practitioner or similar project management certificate It would be desirable to have knowledge/experience of: Connex Applications, Base 24 or ACIEFTPOS terminal solutions, transaction flows, Terminal Specifications Certification procedures, Scheme specifications or processes including VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, JCB and UPI. Billing and or Settlement Other transactional application experience Implementing automation as part of a CI/CD framework Experience of Agile and Waterfall frameworks. Bear in mind as this is a payments testing role, we need someone with card processing experience.
