Scrum Master Delivery Lead We are seeking a highly capable Delivery-focused Scrum Master to support the next phase of a Separation Programme. The initial system cutover is complete, and now the focus is on driving efficient delivery and execution. This role leans more towards a Delivery Lead function, requiring someone with exceptional Jira expertise and a keen ability to coordinate cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities: Drive the execution of Phase Two of the Separation Programme, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Utilise Jira extensively to manage backlogs, track progress, and streamline delivery workflows. Collaborate with technical teams, business stakeholders, and leadership to maintain transparency and accountability. Promote Agile best practices while maintaining a pragmatic approach to delivery-focused execution. Key Skills and Experience: Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Delivery Lead in a complex programme environment. Insurance, banking or financial services industry experience preferred. Strong expertise in Jira, including workflow optimisation, reporting, and backlog management. Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and drive outcomes. Demonstrated ability to lead teams through complex technical transformations. Experience in large-scale system migrations, separations, or cutovers is highly desirable. A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a strong focus on delivery and execution.
