This role offers exposure to key stakeholders across the bank, including up to the GM level. You'll work with a supportive manager who is committed to helping the team grow and succeed throughout the business. Career progression opportunities are available for the right candidate. About the Role: Lead and manage large-scale assurance projects and reviews of complex control frameworks, systems, policies, and procedures. Contribute to the development of the annual audit plan and drive continuous improvements. Ensure compliance with workplace policies and procedures, adapting to changing regulations. Oversee technology audit portfolio engagements, focusing on risk management and IT infrastructure. Promote a culture of efficiency and continuous improvement. About You: Chartered Accountant (Australia & NZ) or CPA (Australia) qualification, or equivalent through the Institute of Internal Auditors. Experience in the banking or finance industry, with a focus on payment platforms (SWIFT etc), hardware, and infrastructure. Proven track record in leading complex audit projects, with a strong understanding of technology audits and risk management frameworks. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to mentor team members. Skilled in stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and relationship management, including conflict resolution.
