Senior Finance Business Partner - Fixed Term (12 Months)

What You'll Do

Reporting to the CFO, you will work closely with leadership teams, providing financial guidance and outcome-focused solutions. Your expertise will enhance business performance through strategic analysis, resource management, and financial insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build strong partnerships with senior leaders to provide financial guidance and insights. Monitoring budgets, recommend actions, and ensure adherence to financial targets.
• Improve financial reporting and its impact on business decision-making. Ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Deliver strategic business insights linking financial data to company objectives.
• Support budgeting processes with robust and sustainable financial projections.
  Identify and implement opportunities for financial and operational improvements.

What You'll Bring

You are an experienced Finance Business Partner, who's a trusted advisor that adds value and delivers results. You must have a tertiary qualification in Finance or a related field and significant experience managing budgeting and forecasting processes, along with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Additionally, experience working with ERP systems such as Net Suite, SAP, or similar is required.

• Demonstrated ability to build and manage relationships with key stakeholders with proven ability to influence and persuade decision-makers.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret financial data and provide strategic recommendations.
• Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to present accurate, timely financial insights.
• Strong commercial acumen with an understanding of key business performance drivers.
• A strategic mindset with experience leading and implementing large-scale change initiatives.
• A solutions-focused approach with a balance of curiosity, courage, and compassion.
