As our Senior Tax Manager, you will lead our Tax team and play a key role in managing Kiwibank’s tax affairs. This is a unique opportunity to provide proactive and strategic advice, ensure compliance with Kiwibank’s tax risk management framework. Your expertise will be instrumental in identifying tax risks and opportunities, managing compliance processes, and contributing to the strategic direction of the bank. You will provide accurate, pragmatic, and commercial tax advice on a wide range of issues, including major projects, acquisitions, and restructures. Your insights will ensure tax considerations are seamlessly integrated into business decision-making. You will also work to simplify and streamline tax compliance processes. Relationship management is at the heart of this role. You will collaborate closely with leaders across the business, build strong relationships with Inland Revenue, external tax advisors, and auditors, and represent Kiwibank in tax forums to advocate for positive change. Additionally, you will lead, coach, and mentor your team to help them achieve their career aspirations and contribute to a high-performing team culture. This is us. Where your expertise matters.
