Join Lion's Commercial Insights team as a Senior Commercial Analyst, reporting directly to our Senior Commercial Manager – Supply Chain. This is a permanent, full time position based out our Fanshawe St office or East Tamaki Office, with the flexibility to work from home 50% of the time. As a Senior Commercial Analyst, you will partner with a wide variety of stakeholders across the brewing and wine operations teams, to provide financial and commercial analysis and insights to enable better decisions and manage business performance. Key accountabilities for this role include: Partnering with the business by conducting analysis and providing commercial insights to enable decision making Supporting forecasting, planning, and reporting to deliver deep commercial insights and support our IBP process (Integrated Business Planning) Supporting our Wither Hills Operations team with Vintage costing Conducting data manipulation and modelling and prepare ad-hoc analysis to generate insights for decision making Identifying risks and opportunities to commercial performance Ensuring timely, accurate and insightful management of P&L and Balance Sheet including Inventory Strategically supporting value creation initiatives We are looking for someone to actively find new ways to learn and grow, be challenged through formal and self-directed learning, whilst strategically supporting business partner relationships.
