With its real-time transaction processing platform, our client also provides an extensive payment processing and aggregation solution enabling central banks, retail conglomerates, and payment processors to centralize their payment processing and aggregation networks.ABOUT THE ROLESeeking a motivated and experienced Automation Software Test Engineer to join our client’s rapidly growing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for ensuring the quality of mobile applications and a strong track record in testing and debugging code.Our client’s code goes through strong release testing, including independent penetration testing. Ideally you will have 1 – 2 Years experience with Automated Software Testing (potentially could suit a graduate with experience in software testing).DUTIES• Working with developers, project managers, and business analysts to understand software requirements and create test plans.• Developing and executing test cases, both manual and automated, to ensure software quality and functionality.• Reporting and tracking defects in bug-tracking systems and working with development teams to resolve them.• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the software is delivered on time and meets quality standards.• Automating tests and contributing to continuous integration and deployment.• Participating in code reviews and suggest improvements to increase software quality.• Staying up-to-date with new testing tools and techniques and suggest improvements to the testing process.• Documenting testing procedures and results for future reference.SKILLS & EXPERIENCE• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.• Knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and techniques.• Experience in creating and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts.• Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, or Flutter• Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, Cucumber, Appium, or TestComplete.• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and continuous integration and deployment.• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.BENEFITS• Competitive salary• Hybrid working
