The Test Automation Lead is a senior technical role responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of automation test frameworks in various levels of the testing pyramid. This role is pivotal in ensuring the robustness and efficiency of testing practices across product engineering teams. The Test Automation Lead will also play a key role in upskilling and mentoring engineers throughout the organization to maintain and enhance the testing tools and processes in place.**Requirements** 5+ years of experience in software testing with a strong focus on automated testing. Strong experience and knowledge of agile team practices and delivery. Experience working with web and mobile product engineering teams. Strong leadership skills and experience in training and mentoring others. Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills. Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
