As the Head Chef / BOH Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in: Overseeing daily BOH operations across multiple outlets, ensuring consistency and efficiency. Managing kitchen teams, setting clear expectations, and providing ongoing support and training. Optimising kitchen performance by implementing best practices in rostering, stock control, and food quality management. Driving compliance with the Food Control Plan and all health & safety regulations. Collaborating with F&B leadership to align operational strategies with business goals. Staying ahead of industry trends, working with the Executive Chef to enhance our offerings. What You'll Bring We're looking for someone who combines kitchen expertise with operational acumen. Your skills should include: Proven experience managing multiple kitchens across different locations. Strong background in cookery (5+ years) with diverse cuisine knowledge. Excellent leadership and communication skills to support and develop teams. Proficiency in kitchen costings, budgeting, and stock management.
