We are hiring a Business Services Team Manager
This executive role involves leading efficient and effective travel, logistics, event planning, scheduling, expense policy enforcement, and administrative functions. It requires outstanding coordination, planning, decision-making, budgeting, procurement, reporting, and management skills in a fast-paced, complex tech industry environment.
Key Responsibilities include:
Managing travel approvals, logistics, and operations
Overseeing expense reviews in line with policies
Planning and executing complex company events four times a year
Managing company offices that provide executive briefing and operational facilities
Implementing our global duty of care, health, and safety programs with comprehensive policies and practices
What we are looking for:
Exceptional academic record from high school and university
Undergraduate degree in a technical or business field
Drive and a proven track record of exceeding expectations
Leadership and management skills
Good judgment in financial, policy, and interpersonal matters
Ability to work in a global, multicultural organization
Excellent interpersonal skills, curiosity, and flexibility
Responsibility, accountability, thoughtfulness, and self-awareness
Result-oriented with a strong personal drive to meet commitments
Willingness to travel up to four times a year, with events lasting up to two weeks
