Streamliners, a global pioneer in digital content for health and wellbeing services, is seeking a Christchurch-based Chief Executive Officer to lead its next phase of service and product innovation and growth.

The opportunity
As CEO, you will spearhead our strategic vision and operational excellence, leading a highly capable executive team and reporting directly to the Board.

Key responsibilities
Lead the executive team to deliver service and product innovation, international expansion, and effective and efficient day-to-day operations
Champion our purpose and values, inspiring a strong, purpose-driven organisational culture
Grow the business as a multi-country operation from our headquarters in Christchurch
Enable and mentor an experienced Executive Leadership Team
Oversee technology adoption, including AI, to enhance user experience and operational efficiency
Assist the Streamliners team to strengthen relationships with global stakeholders and partners
What you bring
A track record of executive leadership in complex organisations, ideally with international scope
Proven ability to scale organisations, drive performance, and embed cultural alignment
High levels of integrity and empathy
Demonstrable leadership experience, including coaching and guiding senior leaders and building a cohesive team
Strong financial, operational, and technological literacy
Optionally, experience in or professional exposure to the health sector.
