About the Role
We are seeking an established Global Revenue Operations Manager to drive alignment between marketing, sales, and client success teams. This role will be pivotal in optimizing revenue processes, enhancing operational efficiency, and ensuring our teams are equipped with the best practices across our global markets.
This role is perfect for someone from a startup or scale-up background. You'll have the chance to apply your hands-on experience in fast-moving environments and shape scalable processes that drive real impact. On a day-to-day basis you will be responsible for:
Running the global monthly forecasting cycle
With support of local teams produce a monthly sales forecast using key probability indicators and intel from the CRM
Mentoring and supporting the local revenue operations individuals
Building close relationships with the local managing directors to understand their pain and transform requirements into priorities
Constant improvement – looking to optimise use of resources, processes, tools
On top of being a Rev Ops superstar, there is also a real chance to be a change agent. You will be involved in supporting the global Rev Ops roadmap, lead transformative projects, and create meaningful impact. Some of the projects in the current roadmap include:
Customer journey value mapping
Market sizing, Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), and Persona development
Account and contact segmentation and scoring
Marketing automation implementation
Lead scoring and routing
Lead Development & Sales Engagement (sequences)
Win/Loss analysis and reporting
CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) optimization
Who We’re Looking For:
You love driving change - We are looking for an independent self-starter to use their experience of what works (and doesn’t) to escalate the speed of change.
You thrive in fast-paced, scale-up environments—our recent investment means rapid growth!
You enjoy acting as an advisor, not just executing requests but adding value, asking questions, and making strategic recommendations.
You love building—this role involves creating and refining operational structures from the ground up.
Must-Have Experience/Qualifications:
Experience within businesses selling B2 B products at enterprise level, with a good understanding of associated pipeline metrics.
Proven experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a related field.
Experience working across different markets/departments/geographies.
Strong proficiency in CRM systems (D365 preferred) and marketing automation tools (e.g., Hub Spot).
Familiarity with designing requirements for data visualisation tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
Exceptional communication and presentation skills to work with senior stakeholders.
Ability to prioritize high-impact initiatives in a fast-moving environment.
Detail-oriented with the ability to balance accuracy and speed of execution.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong ability to influence stakeholders and drive cross-functional alignment.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
Project management experience.
Team leadership experience (this role has the potential to evolve into a leadership position!).
