About the role
Using advanced technology, the Donation Accreditation team ensures blood and blood products are safe for clinical use through essential testing.
We seek dynamic, enthusiastic individuals to join our small, friendly team in an organization dedicated to safety and quality.
Your salary will range from $65,842 to $86,719, depending on skills, experience, and registration.

You will thrive in a regulatory environment, demonstrate a proactive, team-oriented approach, and be committed to high standards. Flexibility to participate in our roster, including evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts, is essential.
Key Qualifications and Attributes

Registered as a Medical Laboratory Technician with the Medical Sciences Council of New Zealand
Team player with a collaborative approach
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Experience in a laboratory setting, especially in immunohaematology, quality control, and infectious disease testing, is highly regarded
Strong background in regulatory frameworks
Experience with blood banking, immunology, serology, blood grouping, and nucleic acid testing analyzers is advantageous
