About the role As an Associate Tech Support Analyst, you will be the first point of contact for all IT-related queries and technical issues across Rabobank Australia and New Zealand. You’ll provide timely and effective support to staff via phone, email, and remote desktop tools, helping to resolve a wide range of issues, hardware malfunctions, network connectivity problems, and user access concerns. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include logging, tracking, and managing all incidents and service requests using our IT Service Management (ITSM) system. You’ll assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including setting up user accounts, and managing access permissions. Supporting the maintenance of workplace technologies such as laptops, printers, and mobile devices will also be part of your role. The Associate role is an entry level support role within the Tech Services Management team at Rabobank. You will have the opportunity to work with a customer focused and high performing team of IT professionals and support our end users with their IT support and troubleshooting needs. Your skills will be developed with hands on experience and guidance from the team. Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities: The Associate Tech Support Analyst will provide advice and guidance on all IT related matters for Rabobank staff in Australia and New Zealand. Provide telephone, in-person or remote assistance support for the Banks End User hardware devices, Standard Operating Environment and applications. Assist with implementation and maintaining technical infrastructure and solutions to deploy software so that the business have access to systems and applications when and where they require. Ensuring business targets are delivered within agreed SLAs. Answer the Tech Service Management Support phone and accurately record all call details into the call logging system.
