We’re looking for a new Rock(it) star to work alongside the orchard division in our expanding business. We’re a New Zealand company taking the nutritious goodness of our unique miniature apples to the world. We’re a company in growth mode, with big plans for the next few years, and you will be right at the heart of it.

The Role

This role reports to the Finance Manager Orchards providing financial analysis and reporting to Rockit management and external investors to support orchard business decision-making and capital development. This includes:

· Building strong relationships across the business and with investors and being a trusted advisor

· Business case analysis and financial modelling for orchard development projects

· Orchard development expenditure tracking and reporting

· Analysis and reporting related to tree inventory and cost/benefit of new technologies and systems 

· Budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting for third party investors

Skills You Need

· Financial and/or accounting experience in a commercial entity

· Sound analytical and reporting experience

· A relevant tertiary qualification 

· Effective communicator able to build relationships with diverse stakeholders 

· Strengths in IT capability, accuracy, and attention to detail

· Adaptable and comfortable in a fast paced and changeable environment
