As a Customer Service Representative Yardperson/driver at CARTERS Kaitaia, your primary goal is to deliver exceptional service to our building trade customers. In this active and physical role, your ability to operate a forklift and provide exceptional customer service will be crucial, as will your ability to fill in as a back-up driver to deliver building products to construction sites.
Your role will include but is not limited to the following responsibilities:
Quickly and efficiently pick, assemble, and load customer orders.
Recommend suitable products, tailored to customer preferences.
Load and unload delivery vans and trucks.
Relief driving a HIAB, navigating various construction sites to deliver product.
Sustain inventory levels and ensure seamless stock replenishment.
Maintain cleanliness and uphold safety standards through general branch housekeeping.
About you
You will be the perfect fit for this role if you are committed to delivering exceptional customer service and have the following skills, qualities, and certifications:
Forklift F Endorsed Licence with OSH Certificate is Essential
A valid FULL CLASS 4 License is Desirable
Someone who values teamwork and approaches tasks with a positive mindset.

Physically fit.
Building industry knowledge is beneficial.
