Role
The firm is recruiting an outstanding lawyer to join their client's growing banking and finance team based in Auckland, New Zealand.

Working with all three partners, you'll have the opportunity to work on a broad range of complex and interesting transactions, particularly in the leveraged finance space, but also cutting across property finance, acquisition finance, syndicate lending structured finance and more.

The team work collaboratively together with direct client contact and a solid level of support from day one. Employees always say it is a dynamic and fun firm to be part of.

This role would be best suited to someone with strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving techniques and the ability to pick up new concepts quickly will be advantageous. A good sense of humour and a positive outlook will work well in this team.

Ideal candidate A Banking & Finance Solicitor with 4-8 years of relevant PQE Can manage a varied caseload with a range of clients, and has the ambition and communication skills to further develop client relations Is commercially aware and knowledgeable about the current banking law landscape Has passion for the legal industry and willingness to learn in a new legal system format
