About the role As the title suggests, you’ll be managing relationships with clients in our network playing a critical part in our business success.

Our strengths are recognising our client’s needs and putting the appropriate home loans and insurance solutions in place while we help our clients become financially free.

Based in our Nelson office, you will have hands-on training right from the beginning by our locally based team who continue the great legacy of work that has been achieved over the past 20 years.

You will also be part of a 70-strong nationwide franchise network and have access to role-based learning pathways with the support of a technical trainer and cohort learning plus ongoing professional development.

Your day will be kept busy with a variety of work such as: Coaching and supporting clients either by phone, online or in-person meetings Responding to client requests for top-up loans, restructuring and repayment changes, and general enquiries Ensuring continuous quality of service to clients via NZHL’s prescribed debt management system Regular training/continuous improvement initiatives About You You will be a self-starter who enjoys connecting with people to build lasting professional relationships and who thrives in a role where you can demonstrate your passion for working for an authentic, purpose-driven and values-led organisation.

Key Skills/Experience: Be a natural multi-tasker with excellent verbal and written communication skills Have strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy Demonstrated strong numerical ability and/or a relevant tertiary qualification is preferred but not essential Be committed to learning how to help New Zealanders into a better financial position Be able to work independently and within a team to meet common goals.
