This role provides support to the Senior Business Manager by assisting them with proactive management and growth of the portfolio of complex business clients to maximise revenue opportunities. The role is supported by a team of Consultants who complete the onboarding and administration of clients.Who are you?We're seeking a results-driven Senior Analyst to provide support to the Relationship Managers, our customers and assist the team to achieve its overall profit, sales, and service objectives. This role undertakes complex financial assessments of business clients, including risk analysis, responsible for monitoring and actioning covenant compliance obligations, Annual and Interim Reviews, and lending obligations. This role is critical in delivering great customer service for our complex and sophisticated business client needs. You will have a strong understanding and application of risk analysis, cash flow analysis, portfolio management, evaluation and analysis of profit projections, property valuation, credit mediation and security requirements.Some key responsibilities include:Analyse financial information and prepare proposals for lending requirements.Develop and manage a portfolio of customers and referral relationships while delivering unparalleled customer care.Managing and responsibility for covenant compliance, lending conditions (monitoring and recording), Annual Reviews and Interim Reviews.Assist in the credit management and the implementation of annual business plans of customer portfolios.To be successful, you'll also need: An industry-related degree and at least 5+ years of significant hands-on role-specific experience is required.Demonstrated commercial acumen and understanding of loan processes.The ability to produce and articulate structure opportunities and referrals.New Zealand Certificate in Financial Services Level.Who are we?At TSB our people are at the heart of everything we do, and we are committed to developing and encouraging our people to achieve their goals.
