Work schedule: Monday 10:00 AM–6:30 PM; Friday 6:00 PM–10:30 PM; Sunday 9:00 AM–5:30 PM.
What you'll do Execute Operations & Lead Team: Follow routines for accurate, on-time process completion and lead your "swarm" to ensure work is done correctly.
Manage Workforce & Development: Assist with optimized scheduling, oversee multi-skilling, recruitment, succession planning, and lead onboarding and training.
Champion Safety & Compliance: Promote a safe and healthy environment by following protocols, reporting hazards, and monitoring compliance procedures.
Resolve Issues Proactively: Timely escalate process-related issues to your Function Lead for quick resolution.
Contribute to Store Leadership: Step up as Acting Store Manager on scheduled shifts and foster team collaboration through "Better Together" connections.
