Security Officer & Driver - Secure Document Destruction and Archive Hands-on secure destruction and logistics role, supporting collections, deliveries, and our bin exchange service.
About the Role TIMG is seeking a reliable and security-focused Security Officer & Driver to join our operations team.
This role is responsible for ensuring the secure and efficient processing, collection, and transport of confidential materials while maintaining high standards of safety, accuracy, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities Process bins efficiently to uphold as required the 24-hour bin exchange service standard Collect and transport bulk secure destruction orders safely and securely Support archive collections and deliveries as required Safely handle bulk material until scheduled destruction is completed Ensure all delivered bins are clean before delivery to client sites Accurately complete daily documentation including job sheets, transport connotes, scanner records, and driver sheets.
Record run sequence, bin counts and kilometers travelled daily Maintain a clean and organized work area, vehicle, and professional personal presentation Always maintain positive and effective interactions with clients Assist other TIMG departments as required to support operational goals Health, Safety and Compliance Follow all Health & Safety and environmental policies, procedures, and directives Report hazards, incidents, accidents, and near misses promptly and accurately Participate in Health & Safety training, audits, and inspections as required Ensure compliance with all relevant company policies and legislative requirements About You • 1–2 years Class 2 driving experience • Strong attention to detail and accuracy with paperwork and documentation • A professional, calm, and customer-focused approach• The ability to work independently and as part of a team • A proactive and reliable work ethic with a strong commitment to safety Why Join TIMG?
