This is an exciting opportunity to oversee two sites that provide exceptional hospitality services and staff dining.
Location: Oxford, OX12 0 DQ
Working Pattern: Monday - Friday, sociable hours
Key Responsibilities:
- Hold regular feedback sessions with customers and clients to ensure food service expectations are exceeded.
- Innovate and creatively develop the food offerings.
- Lead, develop, and manage a team of 20+ staff members, ensuring all are up to date with COSHH, Food Hygiene training, and other relevant certifications.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients at each site.
- Ensure the sites meet financial targets aligned with the budget.
- Manage projects from inception to delivery within the sites.
- Develop plans to expand and enhance catering services.
- Stay updated on industry trends and introduce innovative ideas.
- Implement sustainable practices and foster innovation.
- Understand client needs and ensure their expectations are exceeded.
