We have a rare opportunity available as a Claim Consultant within our Third Party Administration team in our Newmarket office, on a one-year fixed term contract. This role will allow the successful candidate to not only utilise their current skillset, but also have the opportunity to develop their career and skills further. This role is mainly about helping people who have suffered a loss or damage to their property or motor vehicle. It involves managing insurance claims, working closely with our clients and the administration that follows that. 

Desired skills and qualities for this role include:

Must have at least 2 years insurance experience in motor and property claims (commercial claims experience is desirable)

Customer service experience

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong organisational and interpersonal skills

Problem-solving skills

IT competency

A willingness to be flexible for the business

Main duties and responsibilities:

Consistently liaising with clients, overseas insurers, suppliers, and the insureds

Third party administration of claims

Facilitating and assisting with the settlement of insurance claims from registration to payment

Reviewing claim documentation and writing reports

Delivering settlement outcomes
