Together, we'll help Kiwis find a place to call home. We are looking for a Service Direct Consultant to join our Invercargill-based Contact Centre team. This role provides a warm telephone welcome for our Members and potential Members, and is key in helping members with transaction processing, quality customer service and active promotion of products and services. To be successful in this role you will need previous customer service experience, the ability to work in a consistently evolving and changing environment, and be a keen digital advocate who is willing to learn and study. You will have excellent and well-developed numeracy and literacy skills as well as a high level of accuracy and attention to detail and enjoy being part of a fun team. The hours of work are: Week One: Monday to Friday - 8.30am - 5.00pm Week Two: Monday to Wednesday - 10.00am to 7.00pm, and Saturday to Sunday - 10.00am to 4.00pmWeek Three: Monday to Friday - 12.00pm to 9.00pm Apply today to join the SBS family!
