This is a great position for someone who loves Hospitality and wants to work great hours. Your main responsibilities will include: Ensure a high-quality food service provision occurs across The Health Deli Café services that meets the CCDHB Healthy Eating Standards. To build and maintain a strong relationship with the CCDHB client base. To effectively manage and report on Service Level Measures (SLM's) on a monthly basis. To operate within the labour, cost of goods and expenses budgets as detailed in the annual budget. To achieve forecasted profit results and participate in creating marketing plans to grow business. Ensure compliance with Spotless Food Safety Plan. To operate in a way that minimizes any harm, or risk of harm to employees, customers and contractors. A professional and positive image of Spotless is maintained. Facilitate continual improvement in quality, productivity, and profitability of operational areas. OH&S compliance monitored, and processes established to ensure corporate responsibility is met.
