Based in Wellington or Auckland and reporting into our Chief Executive Officer, you will work in close partnership with internal and external stakeholders to drive service excellence and support the wider leadership team in driving overall success and future readiness for FNZ.
We welcome interest from seasoned client focused Directors who have experience in navigating complexities, ideally within a multinational organisation and are comfortable operating at a senior level and a critical member of a highly engaged team. To achieve success in this role, you will need a strong understanding of investment products including tax, infrastructure and support functions to ensure delivery excellence, long term success and customer expansion. A big part of this role is being able to build constructive relationships with internal and external stakeholders and demonstrate initiative in a customer and delivery focused setting.
The responsibilities will include:
Act as a primary point of contact for our strategic client accounts.
Operate with a transparent manner with clients and suppliers to ensure seamless integration and end-to-end service delivery.
Lead the formulation and refinement of the FNZ service delivery vision and strategy.
Own the development of account plans for existing customers in conjunction with Growth and Product functions.
Drive a commercial focus throughout the team.
Ensure the technology support service is being delivered, as a minimum, in accordance with the contractually agreed service standards and FNZ’s Group quality standards.
Diagnose service delivery problems and initiate actions to maintain or improve levels of service.
Identify and propose growth opportunities.
Negotiate and agree service level requirements.
Actively demonstrate and embed a continuous improvement culture.
Participate as an active member of the NZ Leadership team and contribute to setting and executing our strategic vision and plan.
What are we ideally looking for in a successful candidate:
Proven leadership qualities with the ability to work under pressure to meet necessary deadlines.
5 + years of client success / relevant account management experience preferably in a technology or financial services environment.
Experience in a growth orientated environment.
A deep understanding of the Fin Tech industry as well as the FNZ suite of propositions.
A proactive networker who is able to operate autonomously with logical decision-making skills.
Strong commercial acumen with experience in driving revenue growth.
Proficient in building strong relationships with the ability to influence at a senior level.
