If the land is well, if the sea is well, the people will thrive.The opportunity awaits… We are working on a substantial and very exiting change initiative, comprising of the implementation of a new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system and the associated business process improvements. This role will have a particular focus in the Human Capital Management (HCM) component of the system as well as the opportunity to be involved in the change management components of the project.The implementation of this new system will reduce the amount of time spent on administrative and manual ways of working and allows us to focus more on our core customer and community services.We are looking to expand the project team with a HR Systems Support Officer who will be working on the HCM component of the new solution assisting the HCM Process Lead with all aspects of the HCM implementation. A large portion of this role will be managing the HCM data and information, cleansing and maintenance, whilst assisting the Process Lead with process mapping, policy updates, training, user acceptance, post implementation reinforcement and benefit realisation.This is an exciting opportunity for a generalist HR Officer who is looking to gain experience in working in a large project and change management activities with room to grow!Do you have what it takes? We are looking for someone who can ideally bring the following to our diverse talent pool: A degree level qualification in a relevant field (Human Resources, Statistics, Business Analytics)Several years generalist HR knowledge and experienceIntermediate to Advanced knowledge of MS Office, especially ExcelIdeally knowledge and experience working with Human Resource Information SolutionsExceptional communication skills, both written and verbalHas an eye for details and likes working with dataAbility to establish and maintain strong working relationshipsFlexible and adaptable, able to work in ambiguous situationsResilient and tenacious with a propensity to persevereA team player and able to work collaboratively with and through othersWe don't just want someone that CAN do the job, we want someone who has the DRIVE to do a GREAT job and has a passion for what our organisation and values stand for.
