About the Role
As we evolve into a digital environment, we have a fixed term, full-time (1 FTE) Digitisation Quality Officer position available until 30 September 2025 to ensure the quality of the information we are digitising meets standards set out by Archives New Zealand. This role involves producing digital documents accessible to staff and ensuring timely access to quality information.
This role contributes to the smooth running of the Digitisation service by providing efficient and responsive support that adapts to the changing needs of the service/organisation.

About You
To succeed in this role, you will have:
- Excellent IT skills with the ability to learn new systems
- Proficiency in multiple applications
- Experience working with IT solutions to ensure data quality
- Ability to operate and manage a quality assurance program, including quantitative and qualitative analysis
- Troubleshooting IT issues
- Strong interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal
- High accuracy, good judgment, and ability to maintain confidentiality
- A Diploma in Business Administration is advantageous
