About the role As we evolve into a digital environment, we have a fixed-term, full-time (1 FTE) Digitisation Quality Officer position available until 30 September 2025 to ensure the quality of the information we are digitising meets standards set out by Archives New Zealand, while producing a digital document for our staff to access, and additionally ensuring quality information is able to be accessed timely by staff. This role contributes to the smooth running of the Digitisation service by providing an efficient and timely digitisation support function that is responsive and flexible to the changing needs of the service/organisation.
