Job Responsibilities Carrying out and completing projects with a priority focus on small jobs, maintenance work, as well as Velux skylight/sun-tunnel installations.

Report directly to the Project Manager.

Maintain a high level of workmanship and quality control of other staff and sub-trades.

Lead and direct other team members in completing their tasks.

Able to install products according to designers' or manufacturers' specifications.

Qualifications Qualified tradesman, ideally with experience as a foreman.

Experience in renovations and alterations.

Ability to work and solve problems independently.

Company van with tools and stock provided, along with a company phone.
