We're looking for a candidate for this position in an exciting company. To support and advise the chief executive, president, and the Law Society particularly in relation to the legal profession, statutory framework, governance and stakeholder relationships and management. In-depth understanding of the Board Charter and obligations under the LCA and able to assess and communicate risk and impact of actions. Act as a trusted advisor to all levels of the organisation to support effective stakeholder engagement. Provides advice constructively and challenge respectfully when required Ability to see the pressures the CEO faces in pushing the organisation to change and to find ways to lessen them Ability to recognise which relationships are important to the success of the CEOs agenda
