Position: Situation Vacant: General Manager Location: Lumiere Aesthetics, Newmarket, Auckland What we are looking for: Lumiere is an advanced beauty clinic based in central Newmarket, Auckland.

The contemporary and relaxing premises is equipped to service multiple clients at one time.

It offers six relaxing treatment rooms and one consultation room, suitable for the needs of a high-end aesthetic practice.

We are seeking a highly motivated and highly organised General Manager to lead and manage our clinic.

The ideal candidate will be an excellent relationship builder, with a passion for the beauty industry, a passion for sales, and the ability to lead and motivate the team.

Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve company goals Recruiting, training and, developing your team: know how to get the best out of your people and have a commitment to their professional development Ensuring sales targets and KPIs are met and equipping your team with the skills to achieve this Oversee all sales and marketing activities, including customer acquisition and retention Overseeing operational implementation to high standard Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers Collaborate with owner and team members to identify new business opportunities and market trends Analyse sales and financial data to make informed business decisions Ensure that the company operates within budget and meets financial targets Managing visual merchandising, clinic environment to ensure guidelines and standards are maintained Ensure optimal store inventory levels and brand/product mixes.

Requirements: Proven experience as a General Manager or similar executive-level role two years+ Strong sales skills and experience in customer relationship management Excellent leadership and motivational skills Ability to analyse sales and financial data and make informed business decisions Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Have high attention to detail, strong operational and time management skills, and the ability to troubleshoot on the go Have a keen interest or knowledge in beauty and retail industry For your hard work, you’ll be rewarded with: Competitive salary of $75k–$100k depending on experience KPI bonus in line with company performance Discounted treatments and products If you are an experienced General Manager with a passion for beauty and sales and the ability to connect and lead a team, we want to hear from you.
