Our Opportunity Located just 25 minutes from Central Christchurch, this well-established and highly regarded General Practice provides comprehensive care to a thriving enrolled population of approximately 10,000 patients.
The clinic is supported by a collaborative team of 8 GPs (with upcoming transitions creating exciting opportunities), 2 experienced Nurse Practitioners, and a strong nursing workforce of 8–10 Practice Nurses.
GPs benefit from structured 15‐minute appointments and are empowered to manage their own clinical administration, supported by the innovative AI documentation tool Heidito that streamlines workflow and reduces after‐hours burden.
Importantly, any work completed outside of clinic hours is fully remunerated, recognising the value of clinicians' time and expertise.
