National Sales Manager, Safety and Packaging
Reporting to our GM, Business Solutions and Development, in this role you will lead a team of Packaging and Safety Specialists (both field and phone based sales) located across the motu. Tasked with building a growth strategy across our Sales Sectors (Trade and Industry, Healthcare, Services and Education), drive category sales and ensure our Specialists are managing and exceeding their KPIs within our Packaging and Safety solutions. You will work closely with suppliers and collaborate across multiple departments internally including Sales, Merchandise and Procurement.
Having proven success in identifying and developing new business opportunities, you will excel at influencing processes and decisions, while also being able to take internals and externals stakeholders on the journey. We are looking for an experienced leader who enjoys developing capabilities and driving success!
