Your Role Here's what you will be doing: Work within the national employment law practice based in Wellington, collaborating with Auckland partners and team members.
Engage in a mix of litigation, advisory, and corporate support work for government agencies, tertiary organisations, local authorities, and major corporations.
Advise on employment law matters including corporate restructures, investigations, personal grievances, employment agreements and policies, health and safety, human rights, privacy, collective bargaining, and union issues.
Perform litigation tasks such as drafting submissions, conducting research, and preparing materials for the Authority and Court.
Conduct advisory work including research, presentations, and reviewing employment-related documents.
Work closely with a large, collaborative team of experts across three offices.
