Our Strategy puni is looking for an experienced Senior Advisor to join the Organisational Performance tīma to contribute to and support the delivery of our performance frameworks.

The Senior Advisor, Organisational Performance plays an important role in supporting internal stakeholders to meet accountability and reporting requirements. You will:
Contribute to the delivery of Te Puni Kōkiri's strategic direction and performance frameworks.
Lead and coordinate key accountability and reporting products, including reporting to our Minister.
Provide high‐quality advice to support internal stakeholders to complete reporting responsibilities.
Work collaboratively across the organisation to ensure deadlines are met and quality information is received.
The likely appointment range for this role is between $104,317 - $115,907 per annum to commensurate with skills and experience, the salary will be pro‐rated for the period of the fixed term. The full range of the grade is $104,317 - $139,088 with mid‐point being $115,907
Trustworthy and reliable, you take pride in building strong, lasting relationships with other kaimahi and are agile in how you approach and manage your workload. You'll have some experience with reporting which could cover performance reporting, annual reports or supporting in the preparation of hearings.
You will bring:
Exceptional relationship management skills to quickly build in‐person rapport with a range of stakeholders.
Experience working within the public service with some knowledge and understanding of the Machinery of Government.
Proficiency with Microsoft packages especially outlook, word, excel and Power Point.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence to engage across the organisation.
