This is a full-time on-site role for a Guard at Octopus game located in Hamilton. The Guard will be responsible for maintaining security and safety on-site, conducting regular patrols, monitoring surveillance equipment, inspecting buildings and access points, permitting entry, and preventing losses and damage by reporting irregularities. Additionally, the Guard will assist with emergency response and compliance with safety protocols.
Qualifications
Experience with security operations and surveillance systems
Ability to conduct regular patrols and inspect buildings
Knowledge of emergency response and safety protocols
Strong observational and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Physical stamina and ability to perform duties for extended periods
Certification in security or related training is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training is beneficial
