Are you ready to lead the charge in coordinating unforgettable group experiences at Cardrona x Treble Cone?
We're seeking a dedicated Group Booking Lead to orchestrate the visits of school, social, and university groups to our renowned mountain destinations. From the moment of initial booking enquiry to the warm welcome and seamless hosting of groups during their visit, this role plays a pivotal role in ensuring every aspect of their journey is exceptional.
Clear communication with various departments is paramount, as is a meticulous eye for detail. As a frontline member of our reservations team, you'll provide outstanding guest service, delivering up-to-date information about the resort and all related products. You'll also be responsible for promoting, selling, and cross-selling products and services, ensuring that guests feel not only welcomed but inspired to fully immerse themselves in the Cardrona & Treble Cone experience.
Key Skills, Knowledge & Experience:
Prior experience in coordinating group bookings is preferred, but not essential.
Strong background in reservations and sales.
Demonstrated ability to provide superior service to both guests and staff.
Excellent communication skills.
