About the Role
As a Health Care Assistant you will be part of our dedicated nursing environment with full support. Your role is to work within the team to assist nursing staff in care delivery, one-to-one patient watches and other tasks as directed.
Shifts will be rostered and rotating Sunday to Monday.
About the Team/Service
The Assessment treatment and rehabilitation AT&R unit provide a co-ordinated multidisciplinary response individualised to meet the holistic needs of people with disability and/or aged related disorders to optimise their functional ability and enable them to live as independently as possible. Your will be working closely with the Multidisciplinary team which includes Doctors, Nurses, Physiotherapist, Occupational therapists and Speech language therapist to enable patientsachieve their rehabilitation goals.

Essential Qualifications:
Year 11 NCEALevel 1 Maths (or equivalent)
Home Carer Certificate (or equivalent)
