We are seeking a passionate and experienced Clinical Evaluation, Research and Insights Manager to lead our research evaluation and insights agenda, supporting high-quality patient care. This role involves championing our research and evaluation strategy, aligning with our Clinical Strategy to deliver actionable insights to improve clinical practice and service delivery. You will have the opportunity to: Lead research initiatives in partnership with tertiary education providers and the health sector. Foster a culture of research and learning, engaging ambulance personnel in meaningful research activities. Utilise clinical and health system data to identify opportunities for improvement and steer strategic initiatives. Secure sustainable research funding for innovative projects. Ensure cultural safety and equity in all research activities, aligned with Te Tiriti o Waitangi. Ko wai koe - About you: To succeed in this role, you should have: A doctoral qualification (e.g., Ph D or DHSc) and post-doctoral research experience. Experience managing teams, preferably in research and evaluation. A proven record of publishing peer-reviewed research and securing funding. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate complex research findings into actionable insights. Strong connections within the research community, especially in paramedicine. A commitment to equity and improving outcomes for priority populations.
