Role highlights: This role will see you responsible for preparing and delivering engaging activities for older people who are part of our Day Services. This will include driving them to our Day Service in a 11 seater van and returning them safely back home. A fundamental aspect of this role is to create a fun, safe, and enriching environment. About you:We're seeking individuals who possess: Health and Wellbeing certification at Level 3 or higher. Creativity, energy, and confidence in organising and facilitating engaging group activities. Outstanding communication skills, a positive attitude, and an empathetic and caring manner. Flexibility, adaptability, and multitasking skills. Experience in meeting the unique needs of older adults, including those with dementia or disabilities. A Full New Zealand Driver's License and the confidence to drive a 11-seater van.
