We are looking for someone to lead our Occupational Health & Safety Nursing team in providing a comprehensive Occupational Health and Safety Service to meet the needs of our organisation.The ideal candidate will: Have a minimum of 5 years' experience leading nursing teams. Have some background and understanding of Occupational Health. Experience in developing and building team work, both facilitating & motivating others. Experience in the development, implementation and delivery of a range of specialist services. Be a team player, but feel confident in making decisions and solving problems. Have outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal. Have great relationship building skills and a positive attitude. Have a great sense of humour.
