The role
We have an extensive range of luxury accommodation at Millbrook Resort, the role involves ensuring guests are warmly greeted and a tailored made experience is delivered. We focus on being a part of a collaborative team, delivering a high-end bespoke cleaning service, whether it be in our luxury accommodation, health & fitness centre, restaurants or spa.
Success Profile
Cleaning experience in five-star Hotel / Resort or comparable environment preferable
High level of attention to detail and exceptional time management skills
Good communication skills, coupled with a "can do" attitude
Ability to work on own initiative, as well as, work as an effective team player
Must be physically fit, as the role requires manual handling
Resilient and able to respond to a variety of situations with a collaborative and flexible approach
Ability to work weekends and public holidays
Drivers Licence advantageous

Hours:
Full-time permanent (30 / 40 hours per week guaranteed)

What are some of your favourite aspects of working in the Front Office department?
Again, the team makes the department such an enjoyable team to be part of. I also love taking care of our guests and finding creative ways to make their stay more memorable. Not one day is the same!
