In your role, you'll provide expert assistance with recruitment and provide guidance on employment relations, performance management, on-boarding and other employee lifecycle events.
You will also play a part in maintaining and updating HR systems, ensuring data integrity and accuracy and will be integral to championing our culture and engagement.
About you Proven experience (min 2 years) in both generalist HR and recruitment Confident drafting and issuing HR documentation - including Employment Agreements / Variations to Employment Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
Confident with HR and recruitment systems and processes.
