About the Role: This is 5 week temporary position located in Wairau Valley, with a possibility of extension, starting immediately. Responsibilities include:Assisting in drafting contracts, letters, and variations Supporting the onboarding process by conducting MOJ checks, reference checks, and ensuring new employees receive their induction packs Helping out in database maintenance, updating employee records, and managing visa documentation Aiding in health and safety documentation Collaborating on various projects, providing administration support alongside the People & Performance Partner Willingness to assist with other tasks as needed About You: Over 2 years of proven HR coordination experience Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal Tech savvy, has advanced Excel skills and adept at navigating the Google platform Demonstrates a proactive approach to problem-solving, not hesitant to seek clarification through asking questions Displays a strong willingness to learn and readily admits when she requires assistance Adaptable and open to taking on diverse tasks to contribute to the team's success Apply Now!
