Summary Monday to Friday (Office Hour)Basic up to $5000 Location: Commonwealth Variable Bonus Responsibilities Assist in full-cycle recruitment for domestic and international roles, including job postings, screening, and coordinating interviews. Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure a smooth global recruitment process. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide relevant candidate profiles for global positions. Support candidate outreach and pipeline development efforts through social media, networking events, and partnerships with educational institutions worldwide. Travel occasionally to attend job fairs, campus recruitment drives, and industry networking events in multiple regions. Contribute to employer branding strategies to position the company as an employer of choice across different markets. Create engaging career-related content (e.g., social media posts, blog articles, and videos) targeting diverse audiences. Manage the company’s career pages on global job boards and social platforms to ensure consistency in messaging and branding. Represent the organization at international job fairs and other global forums to increase brand visibility. Support the Senior HR Manager with day-to-day HR operations (onboarding, orientation, employee records, etc.). Collect and analyze global recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, etc.) and propose improvements based on data-driven insights. Assist with employee engagement initiatives and internal communications related to talent acquisition and employer branding. Ensure all recruitment activities align with local labor laws, regulations, and company policies across multiple regions. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices in recruitment and employer branding, with a global perspective. Build strong relationships with hiring managers, department heads, and external recruitment partners across different countries and time zones. Act as a liaison between candidates, hiring teams, and HR leadership to facilitate a smooth international hiring process. Requirements Degree in Human Resource with relevant job experience. Experience with or understanding global recruitment processes is an added advantage. Strong verbal and written communication skills; multilingual ability is a plus. Knowledge of social media platforms and digital recruitment strategies, especially in a global context. Willingness and ability to travel internationally for recruitment-related events.
