As an Immigration Lawyer/Advisor, you will:
Provide expert advice on a variety of visa categories.
Manage visa applications and handle complex matters like Resident applications, PPI responses, s61 requests, and appeals.
Liaise with Immigration New Zealand and other stakeholders.
Draft clear, accurate submissions and maintain thorough client records.
We’re looking for someone who:
Has 3+ years’ experience in immigration law or advisory work.
Holds a practising certificate or IAA licence.
Is confident, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused.
Demonstrates strong communication and legal research skills.
