In this role, you will be a key contributor to the Integrations Architecture team, specializing in the design and advisory of infrastructure critical to public safety operations. Design solutions and advise internal teams on best practices for maintaining hybrid infrastructure.
Troubleshoot issues within a containerized cluster running on AWS, collaborating with various teams.
Work through complex support requests involving custom Linux configurations and serverless setups.
Document reusable infrastructure patterns to enhance efficiency across deployments.
Participate in strategy sessions for scaling interface delivery.
Understand various Identity Management systems to provide SSO authentication to customers.
Implement certificates in Linux and clustered environments. Requirements
10+ years of professional experience managing Linux and Windows environments.
Experience in containerized and clustered infrastructures, particularly in AWS.
Strong communication skills for articulating technical requirements and solutions.
Proficiency in Kubernetes for scaling and troubleshooting.
Hands-on experience with Rancher for multi-cluster management.
Skilled in authoring and maintaining Terraform modules and workspaces.
Experience designing CI/CD pipelines using Git Hub Actions.
Ability to implement SSO flows as a service provider. Benefits
